William Cafero

William CaferoBill is a Founding Member of RCL. Bill has over 20 years of experience in providing investment advisory and personal financial counseling services to corporate executives, high net worth individuals, and institutions. Bill has been named as one of the Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors in the country by Barron’s Magazine.

Prior to joining RCL, Bill was a Managing Director with Wealth & Tax Advisory Services, Inc. and prior to that, a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent over 12 years in the personal financial planning practice as a leader in the investment consulting and financial planning arenas. Prior to E&Y, he spent three years at the Asset Management Group in Parsippany, New Jersey. During his tenure with Ernst & Young, Bill served on the national investment committee and the national alternative investments committee.

A graduate of the Lubin School of Business, Pace University, Bill received his BS degree in finance in 1990 and his MBA in Investment Management in 1997. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). Bill has lectured frequently on investment and financial planning topics at employer sponsored programs and internal Ernst & Young programs. He has appeared on Fox News, CNN, NY1 and numerous radio programs across the country. He has also been quoted in several publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Wealth Advisor magazine.

Gary Langham

Gary Langham Gary is a Founding member of RCL. Gary has over 14 years of experience in providing investment advisory services to high net worth individuals.

He was previously a Director with Wealth & Tax Advisory Services, Inc. and a senior manager with Ernst & Young, where he spent the last five years servicing the firm’s largest West Coast investment advisory clients. He also served on Ernst & Young’s national investment committees for both traditional and alternative investments.

Gary performed his undergraduate studies at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania from 1990 – 1994. He then received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, graduating as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honors fraternity. Gary is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts.

Barbara Raasch

Barbara RaaschBarbara is a Founding Member of RCL. Barbara’s educational background coupled with more than 25 years of experience makes her relatively unique in her ability to serve the needs of high net worth individuals and institutions.

She was previously a partner with Ernst & Young, serving as their National Investment Advisory Services Solution leader until working at WTAS from April 2005 through March 2007. Barbara is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.

Barbara graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1978. She has been recognized for her outstanding client service skills, knowledge and innovation. For example, Worth magazine honored her consistently since 1996 as one of our nation’s top financial advisors. Barbara has supported the creation of financial planning solutions for Americans through her participation in professional initiatives, including the Private Client Task Force of the Association of Investment Management and Research, the Personal Financial Planning division of the American Institute of CPAs, and the Advisory Board for Commerce Clearing House’s Financial and Estate Planning Division. She has also authored a weekly personal financial planning column in the Sunday Dallas Times Herald from 1989 through 1991 and the Milwaukee Journal from 1985 until her relocation to Dallas in 1988. She continues to be quoted in newspapers and magazines, and appears frequently on nationally televised news programs and at professional conferences.
